After one week on the market, thousands of views and over 20 showings, my Hamilton unit have leased to great tenants. My unit have officially passed the final fire and safety inspection which means, I have correctly built to the building and fire code, a new skill added to my resume! Now I am off to Florida for the next 3 weeks looking for bigger and better real estate deals!
